The Company has developed the IT corridor (Rajiv Gandhi Salai) from Madhya Kailash upto Siruseri at a cost of Rs.290 Crores, which is extended upto Mahabalipuram. 1.25 MW windmill was installed at a cost of Rs.6.5 Crore at Devarkulam, Tirunelveli District. 10 MW Solar PV Power Project has been established in Vallinokkam, Ramnad District on 50 acres of land at a cost of Rs.52 Cr. it commenced generation of solar power from 05.03.2019.
A JV of TIDCO and TIDEL developed the East Coast Road connecting Chennai &Puducherry which is being expanded to four lane roads. TNRDC provides consultancy and management services for Road projects. TNRDC’s activities span the entire gamut from project conceptualization to implementation, operation and maintenance.
TICEL acts as a focal hub for Biotech R&D industry in major domains of Biotechnology such as Medical Biotechnology, Nutraceuticals, Agricultural Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. Bio Park - I (BSL2/BSL3) established in technical collaboration with Cornell University, USA, at a cost of Rs.62.5 Crores is in operation since November 2004. The 168 Crores Bio Park -II (6.5 lakhs sq.ft.) is operational since 2015. TICEL Bio Park – III is being established at a cost of Rs. 55 Crore in Anna University Campus, Coimbatore.
The New TIDEL Park in Pattabiram - Tidel Park III is all set to come up in more than 45 acres of land in Pattabiram, west of Chennai. TIDEL Park Pattabiram Phase 1 is a 21-storey iconic flagship facility with salient amenities like state-of-the-Art SKY Garden, Co-working spaces, and Business Centres. This project includes a five-star hotel, convention centre and residential flats apart from the IT park on the Chennai-Tiruvallur road and within easy access of suburban railway line and arterial roads.
(A subsidiary of TIDEL): The Rs.407 Crores IT Park (1.7 Million Sq.ft) is an operational SEZ with effect from May 2011. The IT space of 9.14 Lakh Sq. ft is fully occupied by 73 clients including 19 SMEs and 24 allottees (Start Ups / SMEs / Entrepreneurs) of the newly established Development Centre, with plug and play facility. Over 11,500 software professionals operate out of the IT Park and the clients have reported exports of around Rs.1370 Crores.
The Aerospace & Defence Park is developed to create an integrated ecosystem for Aerospace & Defence Industry development covering design, engineering, manufacturing, servicing and maintenance of aircraft for civil and defence sector in Tamilnadu. The Aerospace Park will be a cluster of components and component sub-assembly manufacturing facilities with Vendors and Suppliers.
Advanced Computing & Design Engineering Centre (ACDEC) is being set-up in Chennai Aerospace Park, Sriperumbudur, which will act as an USP and attract several Aerospace, Design, Engineering & Components Manufacturing units in the Aerospace Park. The project is to be set up in one million sq. ft. in two phases in an area of 11 acres of land in Chennai Aerospace Park in Sriperumbudur.
